Welcome to Our School

Welcome to Tutor Time on Grand Ridge Drive! Our childcare and preschool center is located at 3280 Grand Ridge Drive, Grand Rapids, MI 49525, off the East Beltline, near the Kent ISD. We proudly serve families from the Forest Hills and Knapp’s Corner communities, providing care and early education for children 6 weeks–12 years.

Our early learning programs—Infants, Toddlers, Twos, Early Preschool, Preschool, Pre-K, and Before- and After-School Clubs—are thoughtfully designed to support children’s growth, confidence, and love of learning. We proudly offer the Great Start Readiness Program (GSRP), Michigan’s free, state-funded Pre-K program for eligible four-year-olds. To support today’s families, we also offer flexible scheduling options including full-time, part-time, Summer Camp, and drop-in care.

Our curriculum is enhanced by enrichment programs such as Yoga, Gymnastics, Spanish, Soccer, Zumba, and Dance, giving children opportunities to stay active, explore creativity, and develop new skills.

Our dedicated teaching team brings an impressive 133 years of combined experience. All staff members are CPR & First Aid certified, and our team includes a Master Teacher and several Lead Teachers, ensuring high-quality care and developmentally appropriate guidance every day.

Families stay connected throughout the day with our family communication app, SproutAbout™, giving them livestreaming views into their child’s classroom plus real-time updates, photos, and videos.
